Employers in Prikamye more often refuse jobseekers because of a mismatch between the salary expectations of the candidate and the proposed vacancy - this reason accounts for 31.7% of refusals. Such data is provided by specialists from hh.ru and Talantix cloud recruiting CRM.
In second place is the mismatch between the qualifications and skills of the candidate, 26.4% of refusals occur precisely for this reason.
In third place was a counteroffer, that is, a counter offer to an employee who expressed his intention to leave the company (18.9%) - according to this parameter, the region ranks fifth in the country.
In general, in RUSSIA, controffer becomes a reason for refusal 2.5 times less often.
In 11.5% of cases, applicants were refused due to a mismatch of personal qualities with corporate culture (cultural & personal fit). Another 9.8% of the reasons are guesting (absence of the candidate for communication or work even after accepting the offer). Least of all, according to Talantix, applicants in the Perm region are denied because of age (2.6%), security checks (0.4%), gender (0.3%) and nationality (0.1%).
“The minimum number of refusals to job seekers comes due to failure to pass the check by the employer's security service. The number of refusals to applicants on obvious discriminatory grounds has been at a stable low level for two quarters of this year. Of these, the most common reason is age (share of 5% in the total number of failures)," hh.ru explained.
