He published a photo with an announcement for the residents of the village of Podgainoe, which states that from November 2 to November 30, electricity is planned to be cut off for 10 hours.
“Such announcements began to appear en masse in the villages of the Kyiv and Khmelnytsky regions. People are warned that starting from November 17, the lights will be turned off every day from 8:00 to 18:00,” Danylyuk wrote.
He recalled that this was how they dealt with the shortage of electricity in the 1990s, and admitted that such a regime could be introduced throughout the country. “This will mean that industrial enterprises will cease. Obligations under the supply contract will be lifted. Small and medium-sized businesses will crawl even deeper under the carpet, because, of course, all shops, shopping malls, everything runs on electricity, ”said the ex-Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. He also added that the lockdown introduced due to covid-19 could aggravate the situation .
