You can enter the country if you have either a vaccination certificate, or a negative PCR test result, or a certificate of COVID-19 and the presence of antibodies. Documents can be in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Russian and must be issued by a government agency. There are no restrictions on the number of Russians entering.

A number of changes were made to the decree - the quarantine period for those who fell ill was reduced to 10 days from 14 days, certificates of the absence of CORONAVIRUS are required from children from six years old instead of five.

Russians must complete the electronic Passenger Locator Form (PLF) with their contact details in Greece the day before arrival in the country. The PLF confirmation is considered a required travel document. Transport companies must check its availability before boarding the passenger, in case of violation they will be obliged to return the passenger back at their own expense.
