The American company GOOGLE has confirmed that users in RUSSIA are experiencing problems when trying to access the News.Google news service website or application.
"This is not due to any technical issues on our part," the company said in a statement to REUTERS.
Google added that they "worked hard" to ensure that the information service remained available in Russia for as long as possible.
The day before, Roskomnadzor reported that, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, it blocked News.Google in the country, since the resource "provided access to numerous publications and materials containing unreliable publicly significant information about the course of a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine."
