Golikova announced the worsening situation with COVID-19 in the Novosibirsk region

In five regions of RUSSIA, including the Novosibirsk region, the situation with the spread of CORONAVIRUS has worsened over the past week, TASS reported, citing Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.

According to her, the Amur, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Ryazan and Tomsk regions have moved from the orange to the red zone on the heat map of the stopcoronavirus.rf website.

In the Novosibirsk region on November 6, 390 cases of infection were recorded, and over the past day - 407.

In general, over the past day, 40.1 thousand cases of infection have been detected in Russia. 1.2 thousand people died.

Since October 12, compulsory vaccination of certain categories of residents has been introduced in the Novosibirsk Region. The measure applies to employees of shops, beauty salons, fitness, personal services, catering, client departments of financial organizations, post offices, multifunctional centers, transport, social security and housing and communal services. Also, those who work in theaters, cinemas, concert halls and at sporting events are subject to mandatory vaccination.

In the Novosibirsk region, there are restrictions on the occupancy of halls in cultural and sports institutions at 50%. Since October 30, a system of QR codes has been operating. Codes for restaurants and cafes were introduced in the region from November 12.
