Golikova named the number of Russians vaccinated against coronavirus

46.5 million Russians were vaccinated against CORONAVIRUS infection with the first component, 39.8 million people have already been fully vaccinated, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said.

“46.5 million of our citizens have already been vaccinated with the first component of the coronavirus vaccine, and 39.8 million with the two,” Golikova said.

According to the operational headquarters for combating coronavirus infection, more than 7 million people have been ill with coronavirus in RUSSIA. Rospotrebnadzor previously clarified that in order to achieve herd immunity in Russia, it is necessary to vaccinate at least 80% of the population.
