
In the future, it will be necessary to get vaccinated against covid-19 annually, Maryana Lysenko, HEAD physician of the City Clinical Hospital No. 52 in Moscow, told reporters.
“Certainly, in the long term, I think that <...> we will live in an annual vaccination regime, as it happens during a respiratory virus,” she said.
Lysenko added that for immunity, it is enough to be vaccinated with Russian drugs once every six months.
“We can definitely say that [vaccination] every six months [gives] a sufficient level of immunization, which is relevant today,” she said.
