Clinical trials of a drug to suppress the reproduction of CORONAVIRUS may begin in 2022. This was announced by the DIRECTOR of the National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology named after N.F. Gamalei Alexander Gintsburg in the film by Naila Asker-zade on the RUSSIA 1 TV channel.

“The drug, clinical trials, which will begin, I think, in the second half of 2022, is a low-molecular chemistry that will directly suppress the reproduction of the virus in patients who are already even in severe stages,” Gunzburg said (quoted from “ RIA News").

As the scientist explained, this drug is necessary, as it will be able to "insure" if the sick person is not vaccinated.

On the work of the Gamaleya Center on the creation of a drug that will suppress the reproduction of coronavirus in the body, Gunzburg announced on November 11. He explained that with the help of this drug it will be possible to treat patients with a severe stage of the disease. Even then, the scientist noted that several months would not be enough to create the drug.
