The minister clarified that this refers, in particular, to €150 million in French bank accounts, another €539 million was the cost of about 30 blocked real estate objects and two yachts of €150 million each. Le Maire stressed that these accounts and objects properties are not arrested in the legal sense of this term, but their owners are not yet entitled to dispose of them, sell them or receive income from them.
