The European Union allowed entry from another country

The European Council has updated the list of third countries (non-EU) for which it is recommended to lift the travel ban. Japan was added to it. This is stated in a statement issued by the European Council.

From June 3, EU member states will have to gradually lift restrictions on entry from Japan. In addition to her, the list of countries allowed for entry includes Australia, Israel, New Zealand, Rwanda, Singapore, SOUTH KOREA and Thailand.

CHINA is also on the list by mutual confirmation. The statement said that travel restrictions should be lifted under the same conditions for tourists from China 's special administrative regions of  Hong Kong and Macau.

The recommendation of the European Council also applies to the countries - members of the Schengen Agreement: Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland.
