Three more residents of Bashkiria died from COVID-19

In Bashkiria, three people died from CORONAVIRUS per day. The total number of victims of infection in the republic has reached 515. The latest data was reported by the regional operational headquarters to combat the spread of covid-19 .

The day before, the diagnosis of coronavirus was confirmed in another 90 residents of Bashkiria, the total number of cases was 37,754. 35,601 patients have already recovered in the republic, 136 people were discharged with recovery in a day.

To date, more than 260 thousand people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in the region, and 4.2 thousand residents received vaccinations per day.

The Ministry of HEALTH of the Republic characterizes the epidemiological situation in the region as stable. The spread coefficient of the virus is one, the increase in daily incidence is 0.24%. At the same time, a high percentage of COVID-19 infection among people over 60 years old remains in Bashkiria, while the incidence of children in all age groups has declined.

According to First Deputy Minister of Health Gulnara Zinnurova, the number of imported cases of COVID-19 infection from other regions and from abroad is growing in the region.
