Don became the fourth in the Russian Federation in terms of daily infection with covid

The Rostov region ranked fourth in terms of daily infection with CORONAVIRUS infection. According to the portal Stopkoronavirus.rf, on the Don, as of the morning of January 12, 367 new cases were registered. Most of all in Moscow - 4008. St. Petersburg and the Moscow Region are in second and third places - 1659 and 1238 cases, respectively.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, in the Rostov region, the cumulative number of people infected with covid reached 197,841. Over the entire period, 179,838 people recovered in the region, 230 people per day. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 9,832 people have become victims of covid-19 , 15 of them over the past day.

“To date, 1967.01 thousand people have been vaccinated against a new coronavirus infection, 2352 in a day. 1919.17 thousand people have completed vaccination (double administration of the vaccine), 1358 in a day,” the information policy department of the Don government reported.
