In the Kaliningrad region, restrictions on the number of passengers in transport on coastal routes, which were supposed to be in effect from July 10, have been lifted. The information is contained in the decree of the regional government, published on Tuesday, July 6.

At the same time, from July 6, the work of nightclubs and children's entertainment centers and thematic game rooms (sports, creative, leisure, as well as interactive museums) and other organizations operating in accordance with the OKVED codes listed in the document has been limited in the region.

Children under 14 will be able to make purchases without their parents in non-stationary shopping facilities. In addition, customers in grocery and manufactured goods stores, as well as those selling essential goods, must wear masks and maintain a social distance of one and a half meters.

As RBC Kaliningrad wrote, from July 1, new measures against the spread of covid-19 are in force in the region . Most restrictions are imposed on unvaccinated citizens, including tourists. In catering establishments for them, the number of seats will be reduced by up to 50%. The distance between tables must be at least two meters.

it is forbidden to conduct group bus tours for unvaccinated citizens or those who do not have a negative PCR test obtained 72 hours before the trip, it is impossible to conduct walking tours in groups of more than 15 people.

Employers are instructed to require a negative PCR test from unvaccinated employees who have returned from vacation, and also not to send them on business trips from July 15.

From July 10, the regional authorities planned to limit the number of passengers in trains and buses on the coast by the number of seats in the passenger compartment, as well as cancel the online sale of tickets for them. Infrastructure Development Minister Yevgenia Kukushkina, explaining the restrictions, noted that the number of suburban electric trains will not be increased, only three buses will be added on the Yantarny direction.
