The agreement on the inheritance of a larger share of Stroylesbank is required to be declared invalid According to the arbitration, case falls under general jurisdiction

The arbitration court referred the dispute over the inheritance of the billionaire Burlakov to the Tyumen regional court. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stroylesbank Igor Saykov filed a lawsuit against Grifon LLC and notary Olga Karpunina to invalidate the transaction. The transfer of the case to general jurisdiction in arbitration was justified by the fact that, despite the signs of a corporate dispute, it follows from the circumstances related to the inheritance.

In particular, it was about a 74.88% stake in Stroylesbank, owned by the deceased billionaire Oleg Burlakov, who was on the Forbes list. His fortune is estimated at 650 million dollars.

“The trust management agreement <...> signed between the notary <...> and Grifon LLC is an invalid transaction, since it was concluded in the absence of the consent of other participants in CB Stroylesbank (LLC),” Saykov insists in his statement.

Burlakov died of coronavirus on June 23, 2021 at the age of 71. Later it became known about the second will of the businessman. According to the Daily Mail, the names of those who were not there before appeared in the new will of the businessman. So, for example, it includes distant relatives of the businessman and the stewardess of his personal plane Sofia Shevtsova, who is trying to establish the paternity of her child through the court, claiming that this is Oleg Burlakov.

The businessman is survived by two daughters. According to the first inheritance, it is claimed by the children, the brother of the entrepreneur and the widow.
