The number of cases of COVID-19 has increased in 19 municipalities of Kuban

In the Krasnodar Territory, 93 cases of CORONAVIRUS infection were registered per day. The number of patients has increased in 19 municipalities, the press service of the regional administration reports.

So, in Krasnodar, the infection was confirmed in 20 people, in Anapa - in 10, in the Tikhoretsky district - in 8. In the Timashevsky district, 7 people fell ill, in Seversky and Abinsk - 6 each, in Armavir and Tuapse district - 5 each.

4 new cases each in Sochi and Gelendzhik, 3 each in Krasnoarmeisky, Slavyansky and Beloglinsky districts. 2 people fell ill in Kalininsky, Primorsko-Akhtarsky and Novokubansky districts, one each in Bryukhovetsky, Otradnensky and Novopokrovsky districts.

In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, coronavirus has been detected in 47,951 people. 42,956 residents were discharged with recovery, including 96 in the last 24 hours. Deaths in the region rose by 11 to 2968.

As of May 26, 51 patients are in serious condition on a ventilator, two are on ECMO. 1,032 residents with covid-19 continue to be treated in hospitals, 995 — at home. In total , 236,324 people applied to Kuban medical facilities with suspected COVID-19 over the entire period.
