The number of cases of COVID-19 in Bashkiria exceeded 37 thousand people

In Bashkiria, 89 more residents have been diagnosed with CORONAVIRUS over the past day. The total number of cases was 37,039 people, according to the operational headquarters for combating the spread of infection in the region.

The day before, three deaths from the consequences of covid-19 were recorded in the republic . The number of victims since the beginning of the pandemic has reached 493.

34,726 residents of the republic have already managed to cope with the disease. During the day, 97 patients were discharged with recovery.

Mass vaccination against coronavirus continues in the region. To date, 234.3 thousand people have completed the full cycle of vaccination.

As RBC Ufa reported, Bashkiria is awaiting the delivery of the third vaccine against COVID-19. In the near future, the region will receive the drug "KoviVak", developed by the Center. M.P. Chumakov. According to experts, immunity to infection after vaccination will last about eight months.
