The number of deaths from covid in the North Caucasus exceeded 16.2 thousand people

In the North Caucasus Federal District, on the morning of March 25, 456 new cases of coronavirus were detected. This was reported on the Stopcoronavirus.rf website. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, the number of cases has grown to 512,392

. The leader in daily growth remains the Stavropol Territory, where 235 patients were detected, Dagestan is in second place (67 people), and Kabardino-Balkaria is in third place (41). Also, 33 infected were recorded in North Ossetia, 32 in Ingushetia, 25 in Karachay-Cherkessia, 23 in Chechnya.

During the day, 1,662 people recovered in the North Caucasus Federal District. Karachay-Cherkessia took the first place in terms of the number of people cured of covid - 522 people. The second place belongs to the KBR - 464 people, the third - to Dagestan - 234 people. In addition, 191 residents of Stavropol, 168 residents of North Ossetia, 73 residents of the KChR and 10 residents of Chechnya have recovered from the coronavirus.

The daily increase in deaths from covid in the North Caucasus amounted to six people. In particular, three people died in the Stavropol Territory, two in Dagestan, and one in North Ossetia-Alania.
