The number of deaths from coronavirus in Bashkiria reached 540 people

In Bashkiria , two patients have died from covid-19 over the past day . Thus, the total number of deaths from CORONAVIRUS in the republic as of June 13 reached 540 people, according to the operational headquarters of the region to combat the infection. On June 12, one death was registered, the day before, on June 11, two patients died.

Over the past day, SARS-CoV-2 infected another 93 people. Since the beginning of the pandemic, coronavirus has already been detected in 39,378 people. Eight patients have been discharged due to recovery over the past day. In total, 37,349 residents of the republic defeated the disease.

In recent days, there has been a slight increase in the incidence of COVID-19 in Bashkiria. So, on June 8, 89 cases of infection were officially detected in the republic, on June 9 - 88 cases, on June 10 - 87 people, and on June 11 - already 95 new cases of infection.

In RUSSIA as a whole, the incidence of COVID-19 has been continuously increasing since the beginning of June. If on May 30, 9694 new cases were registered in the country, then on June 12 - 13,510 cases.

As RBC Ufa reported, the coronavirus pandemic has led to a significant increase in Bashkiria's budget spending on HEALTH care. According to the regional Ministry of Finance, in 2020 the republican budget spent 82.8 billion rubles on medicine, which is 23.3 billion rubles, or 22%, more than in 2019. The largest expenditures were required for the overhaul of medical facilities, the construction of two covid hospitals and equipment for hospitals.
