₽7.5 billion will be the total amount of state support for the agro-industrial complex of the Voronezh region from the federal and regional budgets in 2022. Vladimir Netesov, speaker of the Voronezh Regional Duma, said that under the sanctions, the region's leadership role in the agro-industrial complex as a guarantor of the food security of the Russian Federation is increasing many times over. Netesov added that today, 125 loans worth 9.5 billion rubles have already been issued under the program of preferential lending to agricultural producers.

₽1.7 billion was  spent on insulating the facades of residential buildings in the Belgorod region in 2021. According to the press service of the regional government, at the moment, work has been completed in 189 houses, most of them were insulated last year. However, 13 blocks of flats have been rescheduled for this year, five of which are completing the elimination of comments. This year, it is planned to insulate the facades of another 382 houses, an additional 4.6 billion rubles will be allocated for this from the regional budget.

The government of the Russian Federation will allocate ₽1 billion for the construction of an airport in Orel. As Andrey Klychkov, the HEAD of the region, said during a live broadcast on social networks, the airport will receive light aircraft carrying out passenger transportation. The renovated air harbor will create comfortable conditions for Oryol residents planning trips to Moscow or resort towns. Construction work will be carried out from 2022 to 2023. The development of the project will start soon.

The city of Uvarovo, Tambov Region, received ₽70 million for the improvement of the territory near the pond of the 2nd microdistrict. The federal grant was won by the locality following the results of the All-Russian competition for the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. According to the Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Public Utilities of the Tambov Region, within the framework of the developed project “Uvarovo Prosperity Formula”, pedestrian zones and recreation areas will be equipped, sports facilities and venues for events will be placed. Work is expected to be completed by November.

15 km of municipal heating networks under a concession and 7.2 km of its own main and quarterly pipelines are going to be replaced by PJSC "Quadra - Power Generation" in Kursk in 2022. The company will allocate 1 billion rubles for this. To carry out the work, Kvadra has formed two additional repair teams that will use wear-resistant pipes with a service life of 50 years. After the repair, 17.5 million rubles were allocated for the restoration of asphalt and sidewalks, as well as landscaping of adjacent territories.

The cost of a consumer package in the Lipetsk region is 13% less than the average for RUSSIA as of April this year - it amounted to 16,469 rubles. Compared to March, the indicator increased by 0.5%, and compared to the end of last year - by 1.3%. According to the regional statistics service, the cost of food and non-food products in the region rose by 0.9%, for services - by 0.5%.
