In order to increase the export of agricultural products in 2021, enterprises are provided with state support (issuance of a preferential loan): Testi Food LLC, Zalegoschensky Sugar Plant LLC, Otradinsky Sugar Plant JSC, Orelmaslo JSC. In addition, subsidies are provided from the federal budget to compensate for part of the costs of transporting agricultural products and food. Since 2019, Otradinsky Sugar Plant JSC, Orelmaslo JSC, OOO Znamensky SGC receives subsidized transportation costs. State support is also provided to organizations in order to compensate for part of the costs associated with the certification of agricultural products in foreign markets. Subsidies for the certification of agricultural products for the financial year 2021 were received by Otradinsky Sugar Plant JSC, Orelmaslo JSC.

For ₽65 billionbudget expenditures of the Belgorod region will increase in 2022. This was announced by the Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov. According to him, the bulk of this money will go to solving social problems: in healthcare and education. In particular, almost 25 billion rubles will be allocated from the regional budget to the healthcare sector. More than 2 billion rubles will be spent on medicines for the residents of the region. More than 2 billion rubles will be allocated for the purchase of medical equipment. 149 million - for the purchase of 4 mobile complexes of mobile clinics for remote rural areas. About 34 billion rubles will be allocated for education. About 80 million rubles will be spent on providing a security system for educational institutions. Also, 132 school buses will be purchased for the region, funds have been allocated for the salaries of advisers to school directors, additional funds - for the purchase of equipment for specialized medical classes (about 36 million rubles), the purchase of mobile classes (613 million rubles). The money will also be used to modernize food units and improve the nutrition of schoolchildren.

About ₽56 million from the federal budget was received by the Tambov region to reimburse part of the cost of purchasing feed for dairy cattle. According to the estimates of the Regional Department of Agriculture, this type of support will contribute to the growth of milk production. So, at the beginning of December 2021, milk production in the agricultural enterprises of the region is 71.4 thousand tons (100.6% compared to 2020). It is expected that at least 78,000 tons of milk will be processed per year (100.5% of the 2020 level).
961.8 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the Lipetsk region since the beginning of the year. In total, according to Lipetskstat, in January-October, organizations of all forms of ownership and the population built 8624 apartments. The total volume of construction in the region amounted to 82.6% compared to last year, or 56.3 billion rubles. The main share of commissioned housing falls on Lipetsk - 41.8%, Lipetsk district - 10.3%, Gryazinsky district - 6.8% and Usmansky district - 6.3%. The population built 689.9 thousand square meters of residential buildings at the expense of their own and borrowed funds, which is 71.7% of the total volume of housing.

About 6.5 thousand children in the Kursk region are in quarantine for coronavirus. At the moment, 28 groups in 24 kindergartens are closed in the region - 491 people, as well as 156 classes in 77 schools - 3609 people. Due to SARS, attendance at school No. 14 in Zheleznogorsk (1385 people) and 18 classes in 7 schools (462 people) was completely suspended. Including three groups in three institutions of secondary vocational education - 78 people are under quarantine.

Another 100 covid beds were turned off in medical institutions of the Voronezh region over the past weekend. Additional places for coronavirus patients have already been closed in 34 hospitals. Today, inpatient treatment of patients with COVID-19 is carried out by 26 medical organizations, where 2,736 beds are equipped.
