Chelyabinsk Governor offered to give a day off to those vaccinated against COVID-19

Residents of the Chelyabinsk region should be given the opportunity to take one day off after each stage of vaccination against CORONAVIRUS infection from covid-19 . This was stated by the governor of the Chelyabinsk region Alexei Teksler, the press service of the HEAD of the region reports.

“I think it’s right to give a day off to those who have taken root. it is clear that the employer can make such a decision, and we can make this decision for the budgetary municipal structures,” he said. Texler explained that some residents "have worries" about how they feel the first day after the vaccination and should be given the opportunity to stay at home.

The governor recommended that all employers, including industrial enterprises, take a day off after vaccination. He also stressed that the day off should be paid. The head of the region turned to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Chelyabinsk Region with this proposal, the press service added.
