Carlyle Group and PAI Partners announced the acquisition of women's HEALTH Theramex from private equity firm CVC Capital Partners. it is reported by BLOOMBERG.

The cost of the deal was not disclosed, but the agency previously wrote that its value could reach about $1.4 billion.

CVC Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries in 2017, after which it renamed the company Theramex. She currently treats infertility, osteoporosis, and also works in the field of contraception and menopause therapy.
