More than half of Russian regions have introduced mandatory vaccination

According to the decision of the chief sanitary DOCTOR of the republic, the heads of organizations need to organize preventive vaccinations by the first component by August 16, and by the second component by September 7. “To inform employees that when this decision is made, citizens subject to vaccination have the right to refuse vaccinations, but in this case they will be suspended from their work for a period of epidemiological trouble,” the document says.

The resolution of the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor does not indicate what proportion of workers in the areas affected by vaccination should be vaccinated. In most Russian regions, the bar is set at 60%.
