It's no longer interesting: the owners of a catering chain in Perm are selling their business

In Perm, the cafe "Lakshmi", the cafe "Ogorod" and the production workshop, which supplies catering points with semi-finished products, are put up for sale. The total value of the property is 8.7 million rubles. As the owners explained to RBC Perm, the sale of the cafe chain is not connected with a drop in purchasing power.

“We got tired of catering and decided to focus on those areas that are more interesting for us. The reason is that we want to focus. We deal with goods, we deal with other services. Still, we want to focus on other businesses. Yes, the business is profitable. But in public catering, profitability is not ideal - about 10-15%, ”Ninel Leskov, owner of the Lakshmi and Ogorod cafe chain, told RBC Perm.

Financial consultant Eduard Matveev says that purchasing power in the Perm region has declined, but not by much. This happened due to the fact that after the first reports of brands leaving RUSSIA, people spent most of their savings. Now the population has put purchases on pause, but soon the purchasing power will be restored.

In general, at the beginning of the year, the growth in demand for ready-made businesses grew by 10% compared to the previous quarter. Avito experts say this. You can buy a ready-made organization for an average of 300 thousand rubles. At the moment, ready-made manufacturing firms are popular in the region.

“Following the results of the reporting period, agricultural and construction enterprises turned out to be the most in demand - interest in them increased by 79% and 50%, respectively. The average cost of an agricultural organization was 80 thousand rubles, and a construction company - 85 thousand rubles,” said Ilya Dudkovsky, HEAD of the Ready Business and Franchising category in Avito.

Other areas of activity also showed an increase in demand for ready-made organizations: the entertainment business began to be bought 28% more often than in the previous quarter. The average price is 400 thousand rubles. Demand for organizations in the service sector also grew by 28%. The average cost of the enterprise is 300 thousand rubles. Least of all in the region began to acquire trading companies - growth for the quarter is only 3%. The price also amounted to 300 thousand rubles.
