The aggregated database of the Moscow Employment Service has more than 400 thousand vacancies for people with different work experience and qualifications. Such data was provided by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.
“Despite the various difficulties in the current employment situation, the capital's employment service fulfills all its obligations in full: it helps everyone who applies to find a job. During the difficult period of the pandemic for the labor market, more than 300 thousand people found work through the employment service. And close interaction with the largest job sites and attracting a large number of trusted employers made it possible to create a universal database of vacancies, which today contains more than 400,000 relevant offers for people with different work experience and qualifications,” the deputy mayor said.
New employment standard: how the Moscow employment service has changed Society
Muscovites who want to find a job can apply to one of the 57 employment centers, the flagship employment centers with an expanded range of My Job services, or the specialized My Career employment center, Rakova specified. “Specialists of the centers help to create a competitive resume, pass a career guidance test and professional retraining programs, and consult a psychologist. In addition, applicants have the opportunity to submit a resume online at the mos.ru portal. All this allows us to adhere to our main principle - any service in the city should be affordable, and the way to get it should be comfortable," the Vice Mayor noted.
The Moscow Center for Employment of the Population (CZN), after a recent large-scale reform, has developed several new formats for interaction with leading employers, including daily open selections. Since last year, recruiting centers for employers began to operate at the site of the My Job employment center on Shchepkina Street. Today, three companies operate on the site of the center: the Moscow Metro, the MOEK energy company and the Russian Post.
