More than 40 million Russians received vaccination certificates at the State Services

More than 40 million people received vaccination certificates through the public services portal, Mikhail Oseevsky, President of PJSC Rostelecom, said at a meeting with Mikhail Mishustin. The transcript of the meeting is posted on the website of the Russian government.

In addition, he said that 22 million people took part in the population census using the public services portal.

According to the HEAD of Rostelecom, Russians can receive about 80% of the main services and services remotely by submitting an application to the State Services.

Earlier, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree according to which Russians will be able to receive paper certificates of vaccination against CORONAVIRUS infection at the MFC from November 16. Those who have recovered from coronavirus and those who have contraindications to vaccination against covid-19 will also be able to apply for a paper certificate .
