Business spoke about plans for New Year's corporate parties

Despite the pandemic, 37% of companies plan to hold New Year's corporate parties in person, according to a survey of the SuperJob job search service (available to RBC).

SuperJob interviewed 1,000 HR representatives in 262 Russian cities between November 1 and 22.

16% of respondents from among the HR managers of Russian companies said that they plan to hold a New Year's corporate party in the office, which is 3% more than last year. Approximately 15% will celebrate the holiday with colleagues in a restaurant, another 2% - outside the city. 2% of respondents plan to hold a New Year's corporate party online in companies.

40% of company representatives surveyed said that their firms are not going to introduce coronavirus-free zones at corporate parties. However, the management of every tenth company noted that only employees vaccinated against CORONAVIRUS will be able to get to the corporate. Another 19% of enterprises spoke about the admission of employees on a certificate of a negative test for covid-19 .
