At a meeting of the Council for the Development of Small and Medium Enterprises, the Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Irina Kask, asked Yugra Governor Natalya Komarova to remove CORONAVIRUS restrictions for the region's business.

In her speech, Kask said that a survey was conducted among entrepreneurs of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. In particular, the owners of companies were asked the question "What do the authorities need to do to successfully run a business?". The answer to it suggested a free form. Most of the respondents, according to the commissioner, answered "let them work."

The business ombudsman noted that Yugra is the only region in the Ural Federal District where the activities of children's playrooms and other entertainment centers for children, including those located on the territory of shopping entertainment centers, are constantly paralyzed.

“On behalf of the representatives of this area, taking into account the improvement in the situation related to the spread of coronavirus infection in Yugra, I earnestly ask you to lift the complete ban on this activity, imposing on economic entities the obligation to implement the preventive measures recommended by Rospotrebnadzor,” said Irina Kask.

The Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights also noted the need to maintain existing support measures in the region, including tax incentives.
