Former Polish President Lech Walesa was hospitalized for the second time in four months. He reported this on his FACEBOOK page (belongs to the Meta corporation, recognized as extremist and banned in RUSSIA)
Walesa posted a photo of himself on a hospital bed and captioned it: “I was blown away again.” The ex-president did not specify whether he was undergoing a planned hospitalization or was admitted to the hospital for another reason, RMF24 reports.
In early December 2023, the politician was hospitalized after contracting CORONAVIRUS. Walesa posted a photo from a medical facility on social media and wrote: “I was struck by covid.”
Walesa fell ill while on vacation in a sanatorium in the city of Ustka. The politician developed a fever and went to Gdansk for treatment .
The politician served as President of Poland from 1990 to 1995.
