The Investigative Committee (IC) is considering the possibility of transferring to remote work employees of the department who have not been vaccinated and do not have antibodies to the CORONAVIRUS. The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed his deputy to work out this issue, RIA Novosti reports.

He also instructed the social and medical support unit to organize the vaccination of employees of the territorial investigation departments "with minimal time spent on moving to the place of vaccination and waiting for the introduction of its components."

According to the press service of the department, at a meeting with Bastrykin, Deputy Chairman of the Investigative Committee Sergey Goryainov presented a report on the epidemiological situation, in which "an intensive increase in the incidence was again noted."

In the fall, the Investigative Committee, due to the risk of infection with covid-19 , transferred 40% of employees to remote work, primarily workers over 65 years old, women and those with chronic diseases.

Since June, another increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus infection has begun in RUSSIA. Because of this, the regional authorities have introduced mandatory vaccination for certain categories of citizens, most often it concerns civil servants, employees of trade, catering, services, transport, and healthcare. According to the Ministry of Labor, dismissal for refusing to be vaccinated is not provided for in labor legislation, but such an employee can be temporarily suspended, and regions also have the right to decide whether to transfer employees to remote work.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that by July they intend to vaccinate at least 60% of employees with the first component of the vaccine. First of all, they plan to vaccinate the permanent staff, as well as cadets of educational organizations.
