Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin made changes to the distribution of interbudgetary transfers to the regions of the country allocated for incentive payments to medical workers involved in vaccination. The corresponding order is published on the portal of legal information. Bashkiria, instead of the previously planned 89.7 million rubles, will receive 238.4 million rubles for these purposes from the country's reserve fund, the amount has been increased by 148.7 million rubles.

The total amount of transfers to the regions of the country has not changed, 7.8 billion rubles have been distributed among the subjects. Moscow will receive the most funds - 385.7 million rubles, the Krasnodar Territory - 285 million and the Sverdlovsk Region - 270 million. The funds will be used for incentive payments and compensation for unused vacations of medical workers receiving such additional payments.

The Public Chamber proposed to reward the medical staff involved in the mass vaccination of the population. The draft resolution on payments to doctors was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers at a government meeting on August 17. Later, Mikhail Mishustin approved the rules for providing federal funds to the subjects of the country. Financing is allocated to the region at the rate of 200 rubles per vaccinated. The payment can be increased in the presence of district coefficients and allowances for the salary of a medical worker.

As RBC Ufa reported, in July the Russian government distributed between the regions transfers for increased vacation pay and compensation for unused vacation to doctors and social workers. Bashkiria received 28.7 million rubles for these purposes, a total of 8.3 billion was allocated to the constituent entities of the country. The funds will be sent to doctors who receive incentive payments for working with patients with CORONAVIRUS in 2020.

According to the operational headquarters for the fight against covid-19 in Bashkiria, to date, 1.2 million people have been vaccinated with the first component of the vaccine in the region, and 1.09 million people have completed the vaccination. Earlier, open data analyst Alexander Dragan noted that at such a pace of the vaccination campaign in Bashkiria, it would take another seven months to fulfill the plan for 60% of those vaccinated among the adult population.
