
Regular flights between Vladivostok and the Chinese city of Harbin resumed three years later. The governor of Primorye, Oleg Kozhemyako, was the first to fly to CHINA , as he announced in his TELEGRAM channel.
“We are leaving on the first regular flight with a business mission. The program is intense. High-level meetings in Harbin and Beijing,” Kozhemyako wrote.
Plans to launch a flight on the Vladivostok-Harbin route on March 26 were announced by the Aurora airline. According to the press service of the company, aircraft in this direction will fly on Thursdays and Sundays. The press service of the Vladivostok airport confirmed to RIA Novosti that, together with Aurora, work is underway to resume flights to Harbin. At the same time, there are no flights for this direction on the website of the air carrier as of March 26.
Regular air service between the two cities was suspended due to the covid-19 pandemic . In November 2022, flights between Khabarovsk and Harbin were launched, the Chinese airline Hainan Airlines began flying on this route in January 2023.
