As stated in the conclusions of the sociological survey, the absence of large folk festivals with invited "stars" will most likely be perceived with understanding, but quality music concerts, theater festivals, etc. will arouse great interest among Permians.

It is also noted that, in comparison with the previous measurement (conducted in the summer of 2022), there is a shift in the emphasis of the anniversary from the performances of the "stars" and a large flow of tourists to the construction of infrastructure facilities.
