Analysts: in Prikamye, the number of resumes increased by 7.3% over the week

For the week from March 14 to March 20, 2022, the number of active resumes in the Perm region increased by 7.3% compared to the week from February 14 to February 20. Such data is provided by hh.ru specialists.

The most actively entering the labor market were representatives of the professional fields Tourism, Hotels, Restaurants (the number of resumes increased by 35.8%), it, Internet, Telecom (+31.9%), Installation and Service (+ 31.8%), Purchases (+30.5%), and Sales (+30.1%).

At the same time, in some areas, the number of resumes has decreased: for example, in the field of "Consulting" active applicants have decreased by 28.9%, in the field of "Civil service, NGOs" - by 16.4% less, in the field of "Processing of raw materials" - by 16.1%. In addition, the popularity of the areas "Insurance" (-13.2%), "Home personnel" (-2.5%) and "Science, education" (-0.4%) decreased.

“Now it is difficult to build unambiguous assumptions about the reasons for the resume growth that has begun. Behind it may be the first small reductions or a premonition or fear of instability that push job seekers to look for a new job. Another reason for people to enter the market may be the usual monitoring of the market in search of vacancies in the most stable companies or industries. In addition, this time of the year is characterized by a traditional increase in activity among job seekers: in the spring, after long holidays and weekends in February and March, people can again return to looking for work or part-time work. In April, a more accurate picture of what is happening both on the part of employers and applicants will begin to take shape, ”says Anna Osipova, HEAD of the press service for hh.ru Ural.

The number of active vacancies in the region, meanwhile, decreased by 22.8% compared to mid-February. This is most noticeable in such professional areas as "Civil service, NPO" (-92.3%), "Insurance" (-63.6%), "Automobile business" (-40.5%) and "Banks, investments, leasing " (-35.8%), "Administrative personnel" (-35.4%). The demand for specialists from the areas of Medicine, Pharmaceuticals decreased least of all (-5.8% in total).

At the same time, it must be said that, in general, the situation on the labor market of the region remains stable: today there are only 4.7 resumes per vacancy, which corresponds to the normal level of competition among applicants. The number of active vacancies is kept at the level of 12 thousand offers.
