Aksenov allowed the abolition of restrictions on the work of cafes in the Crimea at night

The situation with COVID-19 in Crimea has stabilized over the past week, the government is considering the possible lifting of some restrictions. This was stated by the head of the republic, Sergei Aksyonov, at a meeting of the regional operational headquarters, the broadcast was conducted on Aksyonov's page on VKontakte.

“Over the past week, the situation has stabilized, you can probably say so. <...> During the week, 2,731 cases of a new coronavirus infection were confirmed, 1,298 cases of community-acquired pneumonia, unfortunately, 53 people died prematurely,” he said.

According to him, if the positive dynamics continue, the authorities of the region will consider the possibility of lifting the ban on the work of restaurants and other catering establishments after 23:00.

In turn, the head of the Crimean department of Rospotrebnadzor, Natalya Penkovskaya, said that the situation in the region remains tense, and it is too early to talk about complete stabilization.
