In 2023, the Perm Territory will receive a federal grant in the amount of 200 million rubles for the creation of two educational and production clusters (chemical and metallurgical). This was reported by the press service of the regional government.

They will be created on the basis of the Ural Chemical-Technological College (UKhTK) in Gubakha and the Chusovoy Industrial College, where they will train personnel for PJSC Metafrax Chemicals and the Chusovoy Metallurgical Plant in a short time.

In addition, students will be able to study in short-term maximum practice-oriented programs in ten more technical schools and colleges in Perm, Solikamsk, Lysva, Gornozavodsk, Chernushka and Kizel. In total, 545 budget places have been allocated for programs for two new clusters for 2023.
