by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, who gave a number of instructions following the results of his working trip to the Perm Territory. The Ministry of HEALTH and the Ministry of Finance of RUSSIA, together with the authorities of the region, were instructed to submit, by April 15, 2022, to the Government of the Russian Federation a draft order on the allocation of funds to the region in the amount of about 1 billion rubles for the construction of the Perm Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital. This is reported by the TELEGRAM channel of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Before February 15, 2022, a draft order should be prepared on the allocation of up to 200 million rubles from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Perm Territory. for the purchase of medical devices for the Perm Regional Clinical Hospital.

The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Government of the Perm Territory were instructed to work out the issue of financial support for the restoration of the Cathedral of the Transfiguration Monastery and submit appropriate proposals. They must be prepared by the end of April 2023.

Opening of a skating rink

In Perm, for the first time, a skating rink was opened on the embankment of the Kama River. it is located on the square of the new amphitheater. The size of the rink is more than 1.1 thousand square meters. Next to it is a warm pavilion with a dressing room, a rental shop and a cafe. The skating rink is open daily from 10.00 to 22.00. Access to the ice with your own skates is free.
