If you like milk and want to lose a little weight, but are not ready to give this process for five days, perhaps a good alternative to you will seem like a banana-milk express diet. It allows you to get rid of 2-3 kg in three days in a simple way: for breakfast, lunch and dinner you should drink a glass of milk and eat one banana (you can make smoothies from both products). During breaks it is necessary to drink simple non-carbonated water at room temperature. And if you are suffering from annoying hunger, divide the specified amount of allowed food into a greater number of meals.
 
"Raw" milk diet: an extravagant way of recovery
Milk diet is not only used for weight loss: a lot of fans around the world have won a specific way of eating milk, promoted in the works of two doctors from the U.S. - Charles Sanford Porter and Bernard McFadden.
 
Scientists say that if you rely on whole milk of fresh milk (not boiled and diluted), you can achieve lasting improvement of health, including fairly serious diseases.
